Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 2tk10 platform, accessible at 2tk10.io, including all associated sub-pages, features, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, and customer support services (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and depositing players.

By accessing 2tk10 — whether by browsing the platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet or wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of 2tk10 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms should be read alongside the 2tk10 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 2tk10.

Eligibility

Use of 2tk10 is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and maintain an active account if you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 2tk10 enforces a minimum age of 21 — stricter than the standard 18+ threshold used in some markets — in order to promote responsible gaming across Bangladesh.
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf as a natural person. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on 2tk10. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 2tk10 or any affiliated platform, unless that exclusion period has formally expired and been lifted by 2tk10 support.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, director, or immediate family member of any of the above categories associated with 2tk10 or its technology providers.
• You are not accessing 2tk10 from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is specifically prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether use of 2tk10 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

2tk10 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of age documentation. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 2tk10 support may be suspended pending resolution.

Account Registration

To access 2tk10's betting markets, casino games, and other features, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 2tk10 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Should you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 2tk10 support immediately at [email protected]. 2tk10 may temporarily suspend your account as a security measure while an investigation is conducted.

Account information, including your registered name, date of birth, and payment methods, cannot be changed without completing a formal verification request with 2tk10 support. This policy exists to prevent fraud and to protect the integrity of player accounts.

2tk10 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration on 2tk10 does not constitute a contract of insurance or guarantee of ongoing service availability.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2tk10 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available at 2tk10's discretion from time to time.

The minimum deposit amount on 2tk10 is ৳500. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your 2tk10 account and may be updated periodically without prior notice.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 2tk10 account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. 2tk10 may request additional identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds.

2tk10 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals using local Bangladeshi mobile banking methods. Players are responsible for any fees applied by their own payment provider or bank. 2tk10 is not liable for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

Funds deposited to 2tk10 may only be used for betting and gaming purposes on the Platform. Depositing funds without the intention to use them for genuine betting activity — for example, to exploit a payment arbitrage — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on 2tk10 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market as displayed at the time of placement. These rules govern the determination of results, the settlement of bets, and the handling of void or abandoned events.

A bet is considered accepted and binding once a bet reference number has been issued by the 2tk10 system and the corresponding stake has been deducted from your account balance. Verbal commitments, browser-cached displays, or network-delayed confirmations do not constitute a binding bet if no valid bet reference has been issued.

2tk10 reserves the right to restrict maximum bet stakes on any market at any time, and to apply individual account betting limits where unusual patterns of activity are detected. Bet limits are displayed in the relevant market view where applicable.

In the event of an obvious pricing error — including manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault or human error — 2tk10 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price, irrespective of whether the bets have already been settled. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

Live in-play betting markets are subject to additional rules regarding bet acceptance timing. 2tk10 uses real-time data feeds for live markets; however, there may be a short delay between on-field events and the Platform's odds update cycle. Bets placed after an in-play event has occurred but before the market has been suspended may be voided at 2tk10's discretion.

• Cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international fixtures): bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent).
• Abandoned matches: if a cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined under the applicable playing conditions, all bets on match result markets are voided and stakes returned. Markets with independent outcomes (e.g., first over runs, toss winner) may be settled based on the available partial result.
• Multi-leg accumulator bets: if one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, those legs are treated as non-runners and the accumulator is recalculated based on the remaining settled legs.

Casino & Game Rules

Casino games available on 2tk10 — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and instant win products — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates according to the rules set by its developer and the applicable Return to Player (RTP) percentage disclosed in the game's information panel.

All casino games on 2tk10 use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. 2tk10 does not influence, adjust, or override game outcomes. The integrity of game results is the responsibility of the relevant certified game provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, game crash, or software error — the hand, round, or spin affected by the malfunction is void and the stake is returned to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are not honoured.

Live dealer game sessions are recorded. In cases of player disputes regarding the outcome of a live game, 2tk10 will review the relevant session recording and the decision of the game provider's certified system takes precedence. Resolution of live game disputes may take up to 14 business days.

Crash games (including Aviator by Spribe) operate according to provably fair algorithms verified by the relevant game provider. Players acknowledge that crash game outcomes are determined entirely by the provider's certified system and that 2tk10 does not control the crash point of any round.

Bonuses & Promotions

2tk10 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 2tk10 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be wagered in full according to the stated rollover requirement before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• The minimum odds requirement for bets to qualify toward bonus wagering is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not count toward rollover completion.
• Bonus offers are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, stated in the relevant promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus balances will be forfeited when the promotion expires.
• 2tk10 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to not affecting bonus funds already credited to eligible player accounts.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder to whom they were issued. Transferring bonus funds between accounts is prohibited.

Players who are self-excluded, under a cooling-off period, or subject to a deposit limit lower than the minimum qualifying deposit for a given promotion are not eligible to receive that promotion. 2tk10 reserves the right to withhold promotional credits from accounts where responsible gaming tools are active.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 2tk10 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of pending bets, forfeiture of bonus balances, and — where fraud or criminal activity is detected — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility status.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, particularly at live dealer tables, through signalling, chip-dumping, or any other form of coordinated play.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, exploit betting markets, or interact with 2tk10's systems in a non-human manner.
• Arbitrage and Sure Betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies across markets or between 2tk10 and other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome. 2tk10 reserves the right to limit the stakes or close the accounts of players identified as arbitrage bettors.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended spirit.
• Money Laundering: Using 2tk10 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for purposes unrelated to genuine betting activity, including but not limited to layering of illegally obtained funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider after funds have been used for genuine betting activity on 2tk10. Where a fraudulent chargeback is identified, 2tk10 reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through all available legal means.
• Interference with Platform Systems: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with any part of the 2tk10 technical infrastructure, including its APIs, data feeds, and game systems.

Responsible Gaming

2tk10 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players across Bangladesh. We take our duty of care seriously and provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity.

Players can access the following responsible gaming tools from within their 2tk10 account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total Taka amount you can deposit to your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 2tk10 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, page layouts, software code, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 2tk10 or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 2tk10 solely for your own personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any 2tk10 content without prior written authorisation from 2tk10.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to their own licensing terms. 2tk10 is a licensed distributor of such content and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2tk10 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Technical errors, server downtime, or interruptions to Platform availability;
• Delays in bet settlement caused by third-party data feed providers;
• Losses resulting from bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error subsequently led to voiding;
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party where the breach is attributable to your own failure to maintain account security;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing;
• Your decision to gamble on 2tk10 and any resulting financial loss from legitimate betting or gaming activity.

2tk10's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits you have made to your 2tk10 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by 2tk10's direct actions where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

2tk10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 2tk10 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of 2tk10 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

The version of these Terms that governs any individual transaction, bet, or dispute is the version that was current and in force at the time that transaction, bet, or dispute arose. Archive versions of previous Terms are available upon request from 2tk10 support.

Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version for all purposes. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency, the English-language text shall prevail.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of 2tk10 shall first be referred to the 2tk10 customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. 2tk10 will endeavour to respond to formal dispute notifications within 14 business days and to reach an informal resolution within 30 days of the dispute being lodged.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. 2tk10 is committed to fair and transparent handling of all player disputes and will provide a full written explanation of any decision made regarding a disputed transaction, bet settlement, or account action.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 2tk10 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
